All products are custom-made on demand. Production begins only after an order is placed. Standard production time is 3-5 business days.

Minor variations in color, texture, or materials (up to ~20%) may occur due to manufacturing and are not considered defects.

Accuracy of Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. LittleOwh is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Payment, Fees & Cancellations

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex (via Stripe) and PayPal.

7.1 — 3% Transaction Fee: All refunds/cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 3% fee retained by payment processors.

7.2 — Customs: You are responsible for all international import taxes/duties.

8.1 — 2-Hour Window: Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

8.2 — Eligibility: Refund requests valid for 30 days. No returns for “buyer’s remorse” on custom items.

8.3 — Replacements: Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
