RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By accessing the Service and placing an order with LittleOwh, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this policy.

  • 2-Hour Window: Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of ordering.
  • 3% Fee: A non-refundable transaction fee applies to all cancellations.
  • 30 Days: Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-Made Product Disclaimer

All Products offered by LittleOwh are handcrafted and made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). We do not maintain inventory for restocking.

Traditional returns or exchanges for non-defective items (e.g., size change, color preference) are NOT permitted.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations or modifications to an Order are permitted only within a two (2) hour window from the time of placement. After this period, the Order is automatically transmitted to production and can no longer be modified or rescinded.

Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 3% management and transaction fee will be deducted from any refund issued for canceled orders.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Requests must be submitted to support@littleowh.com within 30 calendar days from delivery.

Defective/Damaged

Product arrives broken or printed incorrectly.

Wrong Specification

Wrong size, design, or variant sent.

Lost in Transit

Confirmed by carrier (Excludes "Delivered" status).

Required Evidence for Claims

Incomplete submissions will be denied. We need:

  • Wrong Item/Size: Photo of item + Size Tag + Shipping Label.
  • Sizing Issue: Photo of product measurements (e.g., with a ruler).
  • Damage: Clear photos of the specific damaged area.
  • Not as Described: Photos under natural lighting.

Replacement-First Policy

No Return Needed

In verified cases of error, we operate a replacement-first model. You often don't need to return the item; we'll ship a new one for free.

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

Buyer’s Remorse: Change of mind or "don't want anymore".

User Error: Wrong address or refused shipment.

Minor Variations: Color variance under 20%.

Customs & Duties: Failure to pay import taxes (esp. Brazil).

International Shipments & Delivery Claims

Lost Parcel Confirmation: If a tracking number shows "Delivered" but the package is not received, the Customer must contact the carrier to obtain a Lost Parcel Confirmation before a claim can be filed with Us.
Unreachable Recipients: LittleOwh is not responsible for failed deliveries due to invalid contact information provided by the Customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days.

Note: If You have not received an approved refund, please verify with Your financial institution as processing times vary by region and bank policy.

Return Shipping (If Requested)

In rare cases where a physical return is approved, the Customer pays return shipping costs.

⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING: DO NOT send items to our corporate address in Wyoming. It is an office, not a warehouse. We will provide a specific return warehouse address upon approval.
