Custom-Made Products

Important Notice

All LittleOwh products are handcrafted and made to order specifically for each customer. Because each item is produced on demand, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for non-defective items based on personal preference or a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

2-Hour Cancellation Window
Strict 2-Hour Limit: Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order is sent to our production team and can no longer be cancelled.

A 3% non-refundable processing fee (charged by our payment processor) is deducted from all cancelled orders before the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Qualifying Circumstances

We stand behind the quality of every order. You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your item falls into one of the following categories:

  • Defective or damaged item — Manufacturing defect, print quality issue, or physical damage caused during production or shipping
  • Wrong specification — You received a different size, design, color, or product than what was displayed in your order confirmation
  • Lost in transit — Package confirmed lost by the carrier and never delivered

Required Evidence for Claims

To process your claim, please submit clear photographic evidence matching your issue type. All photos must be taken in good lighting and clearly show the relevant area.

  • Photo of the received item
  • Photo of the size tag/label
  • Photo of the shipping label
Sizing Issue
  • Photo of the item laid flat
  • Photo with a measuring tape showing actual measurements
Damage or Defect
  • Clear, close-up photos of all damaged or defective areas
  • Photo of the full item for context
Not As Described
  • Photos of the item under natural lighting
  • Screenshot of the product listing for comparison

Replacement-First Policy

We Ship a Replacement First

For all verified manufacturing errors, wrong items, or production defects, LittleOwh will ship a replacement at no additional charge to you. A replacement is our preferred resolution. Refunds to the original payment method are offered when a replacement is not feasible (e.g., item discontinued or out of stock).

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Ineligible Reasons

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Buyer’s remorse — Change of mind, dislike of the product after delivery
  • Address mistakes — Orders undelivered or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Refused shipments — Packages refused at delivery by the customer
  • Minor color differences — Slight variations due to monitor calibration or lighting conditions in product photos
  • Customs / import issues — Orders held, delayed, or returned by customs due to international regulations or unpaid duties

International Claims

International Customers

If you are an international customer experiencing a delivery issue (e.g., package held at customs, delivery exceptions, or carrier damage), please contact your local carrier or postal service first to open a claim on your end. Once you have a reference number or official documentation from the carrier, share that with our support team at support@littleowh.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing Time

Timeline After Approval

Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your card issuer or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Return Shipping

If a Physical Return Is Required

In cases where a physical return is required and approved by our team, please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our manufacturing error
  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt
  • LittleOwh cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Do NOT Send Returns to Our Wyoming Office

Our Wyoming address is an administrative office, not a warehouse or return center. Do not send physical returns there. All return shipments must be pre-authorized by our support team, who will provide the correct return address. Unauthorized returns sent to our office address will not be processed and cannot be refunded.
