Refund & Return Policy
Effective as of July 5, 2025
By placing an order with LittleOwh, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility Period
Our return and refund policy is valid within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
2. For Customers in Brazil: Import Duties & Customs Reimbursement
Note for Brazilian customers: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on customs procedures and tax reimbursement.
⚠️ If import taxes are not paid and the package is returned, no refund will be issued, as this situation is outside our control.
3. Custom Product Disclaimer
All products sold by LittleOwh are custom-made on demand. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after production.
- Minor color variation (within 20%) due to screen differences or lighting.
- Sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Products made exactly as described but not meeting personal expectations or subjective preferences.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:
- Defective or damaged
- Incorrect in size, design, or variant
- Lost or undelivered due to shipping errors
4. Required Evidence for Return or Replacement
To ensure a fair and prompt process, you must provide clear photographic evidence. Incomplete or unclear submissions will not be processed.
a. Wrong Item Shipped
- Photo of the item received.
- Photo of the shipping label.
b. Size Issue
- Photo of the product received.
- Photo of the shipping label.
- Measurement photo showing insole/outsole length with a ruler.
- Photo of the size tag on the item.
c. Damaged or Broken Item
- Photo clearly showing the damage.
- Photo of the shipping label.
d. Product Not as Described
- Photo(s) of the actual product taken under natural lighting.
- Photo(s) must clearly show the defect or discrepancy between the received product and the product description on the website.
Please submit all required evidence to support@littleowh.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
5. Delivery & Shipping Claims
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation, exchange, or shipping address change requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Shipping-related complaints are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Delivery not completed by a specific requested date or event.
- Delays caused by weather, customs, inspections, or force majeure events.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Requests to change shipping address after dispatch.
- Orders cancelled due to the customer’s failure to pay customs duties/taxes, failure to provide or confirm required clearance information, failure to confirm re-delivery after the shipment is returned to the international warehouse, or cases where the shipment is abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or the carrier as a result of the customer’s inaction.
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability or refusal.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, contact the carrier directly and request a Lost Parcel Confirmation.
All delivery-related claims must be submitted to support@littleowh.comwithin 30 days from the delivery date.
6. Inner Lining Disclaimer
Inner lining (hood lining, jacket lining, etc.) may vary by manufacturing batch and may not exactly match product images or mockups.
Customers requiring confirmation must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for inner lining differences if no request is made within this timeframe.
7. Replace (If Applicable)
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement confirmation email.
- Customers must confirm within 24 hours.
- If no response is received, the order will be automatically reproduced and reshipped.
Once a replacement is processed, no further edits, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
8. Return Shipping
In most cases, returns are not required. If requested:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return address will be provided upon approval.
9. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your request is approved and, if applicable, the item is received and inspected:
- Refund approval or rejection will be emailed.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- A non-refundable 3% transaction fee may apply.
- Refunds do not include tips or shipping fees.
- Partial refunds reflect applied discounts or promotions.
10. Fraud-Related Refunds
Refund requests related to unauthorized or fraudulent transactions are subject to verification in accordance with our Terms of Service.
If a customer believes that a transaction or order was not authorized, the customer must promptly notify us via support@littleowh.com and provide the required information for review.
Refunds or other resolutions, if applicable, will only be processed after successful verification. Requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in our Terms of Service may be denied.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank (processing may take several days).
- If unresolved, contact support@littleowh.com.
12. Unreachable Recipient
If your order arrives in the destination country but the local courier or customs office is unable to contact you due to invalid or unreachable contact information, the package may be held or returned.
In such cases, Kozmozcyber cannot be held responsible, and refunds will not be issued.
13. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or incorrect.
If a customer requests an exchange for a discounted item, the original discount will not be retained. The replacement item will be processed at its full original price, and any price difference must be covered by the customer.
14. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly. To request an exchange, please email support@littleowh.com. Once approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
15. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, production begins and orders become non-cancellable.
A management and transaction fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund.
