1. BEFORE YOU ORDER

How much does shipping cost?

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We ship globally. Orders are processed within 5–10 business days, and international shipping usually takes 10–15 business days.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

No. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Do you offer delivery to PO boxes or Military APO/ FPO addresses?

We ship to PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

Is express shipping available?

We offer express shipping to select countries. If eligible, the express shipping option will appear during checkout.

Can I apply a promotion code after ordering?

No. Promo codes must be applied during checkout.

Can I use more than one promo code?

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to your email. You can also track your package using 17track.net.

When will I be charged?

It may take 3–5 business days for tracking numbers to appear in the system of the shipping company. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it's possible that the tracking information won't be immediately available, but you can be sure that your shipment is still being delivered normally. Please get in touch with our customer support if your order hasn't arrived after 30 business days (domestic US) or 45 business days (international), contact support@littleowh.com.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

How long does it take to receive a replacement or refund?
