CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

At LittleOwh, every product is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because production begins shortly after you place your order, our ability to modify or cancel orders is limited. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what is possible and when.

Cancellation Policy

2-Hour Cancellation Window Only

Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or stopped.

To request a cancellation within the 2-hour window, follow these steps:

1 Send an email to support@littleowh.com immediately after placing your order.
2 Use the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]" - for example, CANCEL ORDER #12345.
3 Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for cancellation in the body of the email.
4 If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 3% non-refundable processing fee charged by our payment processor. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all cancellations.

Exchange Policy

LittleOwh does not offer traditional exchanges. Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not carry pre-made inventory to swap your item with. However, we do offer free replacements in the following situations:

A confirmed manufacturing defect (e.g., print error, cracked seam, missing element)
You received the wrong design, color, size, or product compared to what was in your order confirmation
Major physical damage that occurred during production or shipping (not caused by the customer)

In these cases, a replacement of the correct item will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

How to Submit a Replacement Claim

Replacement claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. To submit a claim, email us at support@littleowh.com with all of the following:

Required Information

Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
Clear photos of the defective, wrong, or damaged item - include all relevant angles and close-ups
Photo of the shipping label on the package you received
Written explanation of the issue, including what you received versus what you ordered

No Return Required for Confirmed Production Mistakes: For verified production errors (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect confirmed by our team), you are not required to ship the original item back to us. We will dispatch the replacement once our quality review team confirms the issue from the photographic evidence you provide.

Replacement dispatched: 3-5 business days after approval

Not Eligible for Cancellation or Replacement

The following requests will not be approved:

Ineligible Situations

Late cancellation requests - Requests submitted more than 2 hours after the order was placed
Customer mistakes - Wrong size selected, incorrect address entered, or wrong design chosen at checkout
Promotional or sale items - Items purchased during limited-time promotions or flash sales are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or replacement, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect
Minor color variation - Small differences in color due to screen calibration or photography lighting are not considered defects
Claims submitted after 30 days - Any replacement request submitted beyond the 30-day claim window will not be processed
