CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

At LittleOwh, our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Our production process begins shortly after an order is placed. This policy outlines when orders can be canceled or replaced.

Strict Cancellation Rules

  • Time Limit: You have strictly 2 hours after placing an order to cancel.
  • Processing Fee: A non-refundable 3% transaction fee applies to all refunds.
  • Method: Email subject must be "CANCEL ORDER + [Order Number]".

Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within a strict two (2) hour window after the order is placed. Once this window has closed, your order is automatically transmitted to our production facility, and we are unable to fulfill cancellation requests.

1.2 How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@littleowh.com.

  • Subject Line: Must include "CANCEL ORDER" followed by your Order Number.
  • Note: Requests sent via social media may not be processed in time.

1.3 Cancellation Fees

A non-refundable 3% management and transaction fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers non-recoverable costs imposed by payment processors.

Exchange Policy

2.1 No Traditional Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, LittleOwh does not offer traditional exchanges. We do not maintain a warehouse of pre-made stock, and therefore cannot restock or resell items.

2.2 Replacement for Errors

In lieu of exchange, we provide a Replacement Policy for items with manufacturing defects, incorrect designs, or significant damage. We will send a replacement free of charge.

Replacement Claims Process

To be eligible, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

3.1 Required Evidence

  • Photos of specific issue/defect.
  • Photo of the shipping label.
  • Brief description of the error.
  • Your Order Number.

3.2 No Return Required

In verified cases of production/shipping errors, you are not required to return the defective item. This saves time and reduces environmental impact.

Eligibility & Exceptions

Late Requests

Requests beyond 2 hours are denied as items have entered production.

Buyer’s Error

No replacements for wrong size selection or incorrect addresses.

Sale Items

Promotional items are non-exchangeable unless damaged.
