How to Track Your Shipment?
Once your order has been packed and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email. This email is your signal that the package is officially on its way and will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

Understanding Your Order Status
If your order status is "Preparing for Shipment" or "In Transit," it means your package has left our facility. Please be aware that it can take up to 72 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system as it gets scanned at various checkpoints.
