Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. Production & Processing Time
Since Littleowh operates on a Made-to-Order model to ensure the highest quality and sustainability, please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be printed, quality checked, and packed before shipment. This processing time is separate from the shipping time estimates.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside the US), you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside.
Note: Littleowh has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as "Gifts".
3. Split Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may be split into multiple packages if items are being shipped from different warehouse locations (e.g., Apparel from Vietnam, Mugs from the US). You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
4. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Littleowh is not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to user entry error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, Littleowh is not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
6. Force Majeure
Littleowh is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, or natural disasters.

Important: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence.
The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Littleowh is not responsible for these fees.
