We provide an accurate European/US size chart on each product page. If you're from the UK, it's recommended that you measure the length of your feet and convert that into the corresponding European size using the size chart provided. You may update your shipping address within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, changes will no longer be possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to contact the local transporter to retrieve your package. Should the package be returned to us, rescheduling delivery will incur additional fees. However, if you have purchased shipping insurance, no additional fees will apply.

Once the design has been selected according to the customer's preferences, we proceed to print it on the leather. The leather is then meticulously cut and assembled into shoes. Each pair is handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.
