Processing Time: Almost products are processed within 5 - 7 days in normal condition. But all of shoes types take longer, from 7 - 15 business days.
Shipping Time: You will receive your order within 7 - 15 days in normal condition (depending on the destination) from when it is shipped out, not when the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
