As the Lunar New Year approaches, we would like to share an important update regarding our production schedule and order cut-off dates.
Why the schedule change?
Lunar New Year (Tet) is the most important traditional holiday in East and Southeast Asian countries. During this time, our factory production team will take a short break to celebrate with their families. Production timelines will be temporarily adjusted.
Production & Cut-off Timeline
Normal Production
Everything operates normally before the first cut-off date.
Kids Shoes Cut-off
Deadline for all children's footwear orders.
Sneakers & Adults Cut-off
Last day for JD1, AF1, SB Dunk, Slip-on orders.
Apparel Cut-off & Holiday Begin
Final cut-off for all apparel. Factory production pauses immediately after this date.
Operations Resume
We are back! Production and shipping for all backlog orders resume immediately.
