- Chest Width: edge-to-edge (not circumference) over the fullest part of the chest.
- Due to hand-measurement, please 0.5-1.5 inches tolerance.
Actual colors may differ due to the light and display settings of customer computer screens. May have a 2-3 cm variance in design placement.
Return & Refund: If for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get a refund within 30 days of receiving the product in the unlikely event of the damaged, defective or wrong item being delivered to you. Processing Time: Almost products are processed within 5 - 7 days in normal condition. But all of shoes types take longer, from 7 - 15 business days.
Shipping Time: You will receive your order within 7 - 15 days in normal condition (depending on the destination) from when it is shipped out, not when the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
