Email SupportThese updates keep us compliant with international shipping & tax laws so your order clears customs efficiently and arrives on time.
Without a valid Tax ID, your order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled because customs paperwork cannot be processed properly.
Enter your Tax ID in the dedicated field at checkout. Double-check the digits — a single typo can hold your shipment at customs.
Once you provide your Tax ID at checkout, here’s what to expect step by step.
Your Tax ID is recorded with your order and forwarded to our fulfillment team for customs documentation.
Your order is shipped and a tracking number is emailed to you. You can monitor delivery progress via your carrier’s portal.
Your package arrives at the destination country’s customs office. Authorities verify your Tax ID and package details. This step may take 3–10 business days depending on your country.
If an import tax is assessed, you will receive a notification from your country’s postal/customs authority (e.g., Correios for Brazil). Follow the instructions in the notification to pay the tax amount via the official portal before your package can be released.
Once customs clears your package, it will be dispatched for last-mile delivery. Brazilian customers who paid import tax can request a full reimbursement — see the Tax Reimbursement Policy below.
Available for Brazilian customers 🇧🇷
To support our Brazilian customers, we offer full reimbursement of the import tax amount after payment is completed.
