1. Before You Order
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the quantity of
items ordered. The exact price will be calculated and displayed at
checkout. Remember, we offer
FREE Shipping on orders over $150! See our
Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, Express Shipping is available for select countries. If your
location is eligible, the Express option will appear at checkout.
This is the fastest way to get your gear.
Can I place an order over the phone?
For security reasons, we
do not accept phone orders. All purchases must be
made directly through our secure website to ensure your payment data
is encrypted and protected.
International Shipping & PO Boxes
- International: Yes, we ship globally! Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days.
- PO Boxes: Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes.
- Military (APO/FPO): Sorry, we currently do not support delivery to military addresses.
How do I use a Discount Code?
Discount codes must be applied at the checkout page
before you complete your purchase. We cannot apply
discounts retroactively to successful orders. Only one code is
allowed per order.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How do I track my order?
Tracking info is sent via email once shipped. You can also use our
Track Order Page or visit
17track.net. Please allow
3-5 business days for the carrier
system to update the first scan.
My tracking number isn’t working / missing?
First, check your Spam/Junk folder. If you have an account, log in
to view your Order History. If it has been more than 5 days since
your shipping confirmation and tracking is still not found, please
contact
[email protected].
Lost or Delayed Packages
Please check with your local carrier first. If the issue is not
resolved, contact LittleOwh support immediately for assistance.
3. Payments & Billing
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately upon successfully placing your
order. This secures your item in our made-to-order production queue.
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include:
- Mismatch in cardholder name or billing address.
- Card not enabled for international payments (we are US-based).
- Insufficient funds or daily limit exceeded.
- Checkout session timed out.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed
through PCI-compliant gateways. LittleOwh does not store your credit

Unauthorized Transactions
Please verify with family members or your bank first. If you confirm
a transaction was unauthorized, contact

immediately so we can assist.
4. Order Changes
Canceling or Modifying Orders
You have a 2-hour window to cancel or modify your
order (e.g., change address/size) without penalty. After this, the
order enters production. See our
Cancellation Policy
for more info.
Do you offer Exchanges?
Because our items are custom-made, we
do not support traditional exchanges (e.g.,
swapping sizes). However, if your item is defective or incorrect, we
will send a replacement.
5. Refunds & Replacements
How to Request a Refund / Replacement
Email us with clear photos of the product and a detailed description
of the issue. In most verified defect cases, we will issue a refund
or send a replacement
without requiring you to return the defective item.

- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
- Replacements: Produced and shipped within 7-10 business days.
6. Security & Privacy
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and follow industry-best security
practices. We do not store your full credit card info. Learn more in

Yes, we use cookies and analytics tools to improve your shopping

7. Product Quality & Customization
What materials are your products made of?
We use premium materials selected for comfort and durability. Because
the exact fabric, weight, and construction vary by product type, the
full material spec is listed in the
product description below each product — please
scroll down on the product page you are interested in to see the
complete details.
How are your products customized and printed?
Every LittleOwh item is made-to-order after you
place your order — nothing is pre-stocked. Depending on the product
type we use one of three printing methods:
- Sublimation (all-over print): ink is heat-pressed into the fabric fibers, creating a vivid, edge-to-edge artwork that will not crack or peel.
- DTG (Direct-to-Garment): high-resolution print applied directly onto cotton for crisp detail and a soft hand feel.
- Heat-transfer / vinyl: used for specific accessories or front-only graphics where extra opacity is needed.
Can I personalize my item with a name, number, or custom design?
For products that support personalization, a text/upload field is
available directly on the product page. If you would like a fully
custom design or a series we do not yet carry,
please reach out via
our custom request form
— our team can quote bespoke artwork on a case-by-case basis.
How should I wash and care for my LittleOwh product?
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors.
- Use mild detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve print and shape.
- Do not iron directly on the printed area.
- For shoes: spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; air dry away from direct sunlight.
How accurate are the sizes?
Every item is produced carefully according to the
size guide published on each product page. Sizing
can vary between product types and series, so please review our
size guide carefully
before placing your order. Because each piece is custom-made, we
cannot offer free size-swap exchanges.
Are your designs officially licensed?
Our artwork is fan-made and inspired by anime,
cartoon, music, and movie IP — created and reinterpreted by
independent artists. We are not affiliated with the original
rights-holders. If you are a rights-holder with a concern, please
see our DMCA Notice.
