HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? 

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. 

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: 07 - 10 business days for shoes and 05 - 07 business days for the others.

Shipping time: 2 weeks - 4 weeks

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 01 - 03 business days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to support@littleowh.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
Please be informed that a management and transaction fee ( 6% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

I tracked down my order and the status says Return to Sender, what should I do?

In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / HK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mailbox or doorstep.

The tracking site says Delivered but I haven’t received my order yet.

Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived in your destination country.
